FAQ

How can I buy a ticket for a film, exhibition or event?

Tickets for films, exhibitions or events can be bought online via the ‘agenda’ page or the page of the film, exhibition or event itself. By buying a ticket online, you are sure of your seat.
Tickets can also be bought on the spot, during the opening hours of the exhibitions or one hour before the film starts.

How can I buy a ticket online?

Go to the agenda via the ‘agenda’ button on the left. There you will find an overview of the current and upcoming films, exhibitions and events by date. You can filter by type (film, exhibition or event). Then click on ‘tickets’. Once you have done that, a new tab will open. Choose the number of tickets and then fill in your details. Don’t forget that you can choose your seat.

After paying, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find your tickets. You will have to show these when entering the cinema, so don’t forget your smartphone or paper ticket.

What if I did not receive a confirmation email?

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam mail first. If you don’t find anything there either, you can always contact us by sending an email to info@nw-aalst.be.

When is the ticket office open?

The ticket office is opened during the opening hours of the exhibitions and one hour prior to the start of a film. Exhibitions are open from Thursday until Sunday, from 13h until 18h. If there is no exhibition, the ticket office is only opened 1 hour before the start of a film.
Please note that if a film, exhibition or event is sold out, there will not be any tickets available at the ticket office.
