Anca Rujoiu

Anca Rujoiu (Romania, 1984) is a curator and editor based in Singapore and Timi?oara (Romania). She graduated from the MFA Curating programme at Goldsmiths College and was one of the curators selected for the 3rd International Curator Course of the Gwangju Biennial in South Korea (2011). Since 2010, she joined the curatorial initiative FormContent. She was co-curator of Collective Fictions, one of the selected projects in Nouvelles Vagues (2013), a programme by Palais de Tokyo dedicated to young curators. As curator of exhibitions and later head of publications (2013-2018), she was a member of the founding team of the NTU Centre for Contemporary Art Singapore, contributing to the center’s numerous exhibitions, public programs and publishing projects. Rujoiu was the co-editor of several books including Place. Labour. Capital (NTU CCA Singapore and Mousse Publishing, 2018). Together with Maria Lind, she is the curator of the third edition of the Art Encounters Biennial in Timi?oara (September-October 2019). She is a PhD candidate at Monash University in Melbourne.
