Studied at École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts de Paris-Cergy, and lives and works in Paris.

In her photo-, video-, installation- and soundworks, she interpretes natural elements of light, sound and atmosphere in front of, or as if they were, technological entities. The world, even in its most natural state, is experienced as utmost artificial, but nevertheless very livable.

Roy exhibited before in Netwerk Galerij (NEW; Alice Evermore – The Resistance of Ether) as well as in Paris, Japan, Canada, Germany.
