The internationally-based artist Helmut Dick was born in Germany but lives and works in Amsterdam. He took an education in Amsterdam at the Sandberg Institute and the Gerrit Rietveld Academy. In 2003 he received the Prix de Rome Sculpture. His work is exhibited nationally and internationally, regularly in the public space.
